Meet Dragana Kalaba

Dragana Kalaba is the Founder and CEO of MJK Executive Search Boutique. A Crown Point native and proud daughter of immigrants, she grew up with a deep appreciation for hard work, community, and connection. Her career took her from local firms to Big 4 consulting in downtown Chicago — and eventually into global executive recruiting.

After 15 years of helping companies build exceptional teams and coaching professionals through career transitions, Dragana returned to her roots to launch MJK. Her goal: to bring world-class recruiting strategy back to Northwest Indiana, and help The Region grow — one intentional hire at a time.
